Hand Crafted Furniture
Recliners, Beds, Sleeper Sofas
Being a custom workroom, our frames are all hand made to order. We take your specifications, drawings or photos and translate that information into our own shop drawings for our frame maker. We then prepare, spring and pad these frames by hand and do not use any premade components. If any finishing is required the frames go to your finisher or our finisher prior to the final stages of padding and applicaton of any fabric. Only the best foam, cotton padding and Dacron are used. We use 100% natural cotton muslin to bring our furniture to a point where you can come in for "sit" tests and to confirm other style details prior to applying your own fabric (COM.) We use 100% black cotton muslin for skirt linings and underlinings on completed furniture.
Exposed Wood Frames and
Finishing
Our frame maker is highly capable of making any style of exposed wood chair or sofa frame, from smooth lines to carved or turned wood details, and working with all types of solid woods and veneers.
If you prefer, we do have finishers in our immediate location who can work from your samples.
We make custom reclining chairs both manual and motorized to not look like standard recliners, as well as all styles of sleeper sofas and sectionals which can accommodate reclining mechanisms. Custom upholstered headboards and bed frames are also something we make on a regular basis.
Inventory Available
To include sofas, chairs, ottomans and recliner frames that can be used should your time schedule be tight. We also have a selection of fabrics and leather in house.
